If you will be temporarily unavailable to participate in the program or will be on vacation, you can put your account on hold for up to 8 weeks. While your account is on hold you will not receive e-mail reminders or messages from your coach.
Please keep in mind that while your account is on hold, VLM will continue to move you through the program lessons at a pace to complete the program within one year. Upon your return, any lessons that were advanced in this manner will be available to you in "make-up lesson" form.
To place your account on hold:
Go to Account, located in the top right corner of VLM
Under Member Settings, click on Account Status
- Check the box next to Please place my account ON HOLD as of
- Select the date you would like your account to be placed on hold
- Enter a reason if you would like to let your Coach know why you will be away from VLM
Remember to click Save when you have finished entering your information.
The first time you log in after your account is put on hold, your account will be re-activated.
