You can enter and view all of your exercise and activity information on the Tracking page.
Any exercise or activity you did while wearing your pedometer can be recorded on the Tracking page in the Daily Tracking Tab.
- Click Add an Activity
- Select the activity and category (not all activities have categories)
- Enter the number of minutes you did the activity from your pedometer
- Select the intensity of your activity
- Click Save
- Check the box under Wore Pedometer? next to your newly added activity
- Enter the number of steps you took during the activity in the Pedometer Steps section under Daily Tracking
- Click Save
The number of steps and minutes will be added to the daily totals located on the calendar on the Tracking page.
