Yes! If your pedometer is not tracking your steps correctly or it gets damaged or lost, we are happy to send you a replacement. Simply contact us letting us know why you need a new pedometer, and a new one will be sent out to you.
Please note that we are only able to provide one replacement pedometer during your year in VLM.
