Place the pedometer in your pocket, handbag, or backpack as you walk around. The paces are detected via your walking movements.
Total Step Function
Press the MODE button until the display shows TOTAL STEP. This is the record for the total number of steps walked since the last System Reset / Memory Reset or battery replacement.
- To view total distance walked press SET once
- To view total calories burned press SET twice
- To view total time walked press SET three times
- To reset the total step data to 0, press and hold the RESET button
Step Function
Press the MODE button until the display shows STEP. This is the number of steps walked during the day. To avoid counting accidental movements as steps, the pedometer will not count any movement that is less than 10 consecutive steps.
- To reset the step data to 0, press and hold the RESET button
Distance Traveled
Press the MODE button until the display shows KM (metric) or MILE (imperial).
- The distance traveled counter will activate once motion is detected
- To reset the distance counter to 0, press and hold the RESET button
Calories
Press the MODE button until the display shows KCAL.
- The calorie counter will start counting once motion is detected
- To reset the calorie counter to 0, press and hold the RESET button
Activity Time
Press the MODE button until the display shows ACTIVITY. This is the total time walked during the day
- The activity counter will start counting once motion is detected
- To reset the activity calorie counter to 0, press and hold the RESET button
Daily Step Target
The Step Target is your daily goal for steps walked each day.
- A Step Target progress bar will show on the main screen. When the target is reached, the progress bar will flash and the pedometer will beep for 30 seconds
