You should perform a System Reset in the following situations:
- When the batteries are being replaced
- When the characters on the display are malfunctioning
- When any buttons on your pedometer are not working as they should
Press the SYSTEM RESET button on the back of the pedometer with a pin or paper clip; the pedometer will return to its default setting
Please note that when you perform a system reset, all data stored in MEMORY will be erased
